Loved the garden and terrace, my morning coffee on the balcony was everything. The continental breakfast was a treat. The airport was conveniently close, perfect for a quick getaway.

No kettle for my beloved tea and nowhere to hang my exquisite gowns. Oh, the struggles of the posh life!

We got great value for our money at Thetis Cave Houses. The room was cozy and stylish, with a beautiful view from our terrace. The location was perfect, right near the fortress, allowing us to enjoy the sunset without the crowd. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, from organizing transfers to providing local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel breakfast could be improved with more variety.

The room was beautifully decorated and had a cozy, romantic atmosphere. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from all the shops, restaurants, and attractions in the area. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel provided bottled water every night.

the water pressure in the shower was quite poor, which was unexpected given the price of the property. These were minor inconveniences, but it would have been nice to have a better view and a decent shower.

our second stay at this cozy cave house exceeded all expectations. the breathtaking views of the sunset were even better than the photos. the friendly and attentive staff made us feel right at home, ensuring a memorable and comfortable stay. we'll definitely be returning to this hidden gem.

The location of this accommodation is exceptional, situated right on sunset boulevard and near all the main attractions in the area. the room was comfortable and provided a cozy atmosphere. the owner was hospitable and always ready to help. the terrace offered a beautiful view of the surroundings.

The water pressure in the shower was terrible.

Stellar location with jaw-dropping rooftop sunset views. Lovely, clean cave suites. Manager, Horatio, is incredibly helpful and kind. Magical freshly baked bread delivery. Amazing host, Giannis, went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic.

The best thing about our stay at Thetis Cave Houses was the location and the staff!! Situated in the hot spot of Oía, with crowds gathering for sunset while you enjoy it on your own private terrace. Our host Anastasia was a local and gave us amazing recommendations from a local's perspective. They organized transfers, car hire, and even arranged for our luggage to be waiting for us when we left. The apartment was serviced daily and the views were stunning. Definitely recommend!

The room was beautifully decorated with a comfy bed and nice linens. The location was perfect, just a short stroll away from shops and restaurants. The staff treated us like royalty, helping us with everything from car parking to recommending the best sunset viewing spots.

The food for breakfast could have been better, maybe with a wider variety of options.

The location of Thetis Cave Houses was absolutely incredible. We were just steps away from breathtaking views, making it so easy to explore the beautiful surroundings. The hosts were also extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. They even organized a smooth transfer for us from the airport and helped carry our bags to the room.

Although the room did not have its own balcony as we initially thought, the public terrace area provided a nice space to relax. However, the view from the terrace was not as picturesque as we expected, as it faced some run-down buildings instead of the hillsides of Oia.
